Alright, we're on to the next phases of harnessing the power of your attention to make your business real. We've been talking about how to tune into our current experience and gain clarity.

Our attention benefits from us knowing what we're struggling with and what we want. Once these are uncovered we can use mindfulness to flush out more of the details by engaging our focus and concentration.

As promised, here are a few more questions from my intake form. If you've taken the time to write all the flowing thoughts down, you may find the movement of your attention is naturally more calm.

And if you're still swirling and twirling, that's okay, you can still use these questions to focus those awesome brain circuits towards an outcome.

In the Getting Started post, we were exploring Question 1: What do you want? (Answer as broadly as needed, this can shift and change as you gain more clarity)

Here are the next questions. Remember to focus into your internal mental talk space and mental screen. If you've forgotten what that means, here's how.

Onward then towards clarity!

Q2: How will you know when you have it? (Notice what you might feel, see or hear when you've achieved your goal)

Q3: What resources or interests do you currently have to help you succeed? (Imagine people you know, places you hang out, activities you do, etc.)

Q4: In pursuing business, are you most interested in finding relief, experiencing fulfillment, learning new skills, or creating more connection? Notice any mental pictures or thoughts that come to mind and add those to your Brain Dump list.

Congratulations, you've taken the first steps to harnessing the power of your attention to help you take your business ideas into the world.

Don't forget to take a moment to celebrate.
